I’m trying to help developers express their thoughts better.
Ronny’s mornings are dedicated to focused work, while his afternoons are filled with team alignments and technical discussions. As a frontend engineer, he’s passionate about helping his peers find their voice and express their ideas clearly. Dominik’s mission? Selling cars online while making work fun and impactful. For our Head of Engineering, success is driven by joy, and he strives to bring that energy into his daily work with the e-commerce team. Whether it’s transforming sales processes or improving customer journeys, every day is a new adventure. One memory that stands out? A simple yet welcoming Portuguese lunch on his first day at the Mercedes-Benz.io office in Lisbon, which set the tone for his journey with the tribe.

Episode 14: Joy, Fun, and a Little Bit of Milo
When people are happy, I’m happy. And then Milo (my dog) is happy too.
Mace starts his days with Milo’s enthusiastic wake-up call, followed by a coffee and a dive into his home office. Whether he’s creating prototypes or solving challenges, our Solution Architect believes that if the team is happy, everyone is happy — even his furry friend. One of his best memories? A thrilling day driving AMG models during a team workshop, and of course, the unforgettable Pit Stop event in Berlin, where karaoke on a party boat brought the team even closer together.

Iris, Space Center and Facilities Manager, is the person behind creating a welcoming and energetic environment for her colleagues. Iris is all about making sure her colleagues have good moments, whether it’s planning an event or handling the day’s challenges. She finds fulfillment in her responsibility, especially when it comes to building happiness in the office space.
