To augment our People & Culture team in Stuttgart or Berlin we are looking for a Working Student (f/m/x) to join us. In this role you will communicate with many people, get precious insights for a future career within an agile & digital environment, and contribute in guiding the employee lifecycle to an amazing experience.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Support our People & Culture team in the planning, implementation, evaluation of system tests and data checks.
Help with the preparation and implementation of Workday updates. This includes coordinating between different departments and ensuring that the release processes run smoothly.
Support the organization and coordination of project tasks, in particular coordinating deadlines and ensuring project progress.
Be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation on processes, system configurations, and test results (e.g., in Confluence)
Collaborate with the People Operations team to create off tickets, contracts, addenda to contracts like NDAs, certificates, and keep track of them to ensure all HR records are accurate and up to date.
Conduct research on topics such as changes in wages, MBAG adjustments, legal regulations, labor law, possible extensions, bachelor’s thesis and NDAs.
TO SUCCEED YOU NEED
Ideally, you are studying business informatics, business administration with a focus on IT, HR management or a comparable course of study, but above all your IT affinity and motivation for project work is important to us
You are interested in HR processes and IT systems
You are a team player, like to laugh and learn new things
You are a bold and proactive communicator in German and English
You have a certain talent in organising yourself and keeping track on tasks
